Welcome to La Perle Beauty Studio! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our studio policies below.
Appointment Policies
Booking Requirements:
Appointments can be scheduled online or directly through the studio. To confirm your booking, we may require a deposit, which will be applied to your service.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) will result in a 50% charge of the service cost, charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost, charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients. Please call us if you anticipate being late.
Gift Card Policies
Purchasing Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available for purchase online and in the studio. They can be used for any service or product offered at La Perle Beauty Studio.
Expiration and Use:
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Please treat gift cards like cash. La Perle Beauty Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Payment and Refunds
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Payments are due in full at the end of your service.
Refunds on Services:
Due to the nature of our work, all services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within three days of your appointment, and we will work with you to make adjustments.
Refunds on Products:
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Gratuity:
Tipping is appreciated but never required. Gratuity is entirely at the client’s discretion.
Health and Safety
Client Health Disclosure:
Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service. This ensures we can provide safe and effective treatments.
Allergy / Patch Test Policy:
Clients with sensitive skin or known allergies may be required to do a patch test prior to certain services.
Hygiene Standards:
We adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation to maintain a safe environment for our clients and staff.
General Studio Policies
Age Requirements:
Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children in the Studio:
For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under 12 years of age cannot be left unattended in the waiting area. A parent or guardian must remain with their child at all times.
Guests in Service Areas:
To maintain a calm and safe environment, guests, including children, are not permitted in treatment areas, such as the back room, lash room, or other service rooms, unless pre-approved for special circumstances.
Dogs & Pets Policy:

Pets in the Studio: For the safety, comfort, and hygiene of all clients and staff, pets are not allowed in the studio or treatment areas, including the back room, lash room, or other service rooms.

Service Dogs: Only service dogs are permitted inside the studio in accordance with applicable laws. Service dogs must be under the control of their handler at all times.

Responsibility: Owners are responsible for the behavior, cleanliness, and safety of their service dogs while in the studio. La Perle Beauty Studio is not responsible for any accidents or injuries involving service dogs.
Client Conduct & Studio Etiquette:
We ask all clients to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or failure to follow studio rules may result in refusal of service.
Right to Refuse Service:
La Perle Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting inappropriate behavior, arriving excessively late, or failing to comply with studio policies.
Emergency / Weather Exceptions:
Refunds or rescheduling may be considered for verified emergencies, including medical situations or severe weather.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information, including contact details and service history, is securely stored and never shared outside La Perle Beauty Studio. We use this information solely to enhance your experience and communicate about appointments or promotions.
